| 摘 要： | 我们对深Ⅱ度烧伤水泡皮或腐皮影响创面液化进行了观察，伤后第3天与第7天清除时，其创面液化。表明，伤后第3天清除创面水泡皮或腐皮，不仅有助于创面液化启动，又可促进创面液化，使液化期缩短。

| Abstract: | The authors observed the liquefaction of deep 2nd degree burn wounds after removalof vesicular skin or putrid skin on day 1 (at the emergency dept. ) and day 3 and day 7 post burn re-spectively. The results showed that removing vesicular skin or putrid skin on day 3 post burn is goodfor the starting of wound liquefaction. Wound liquefaction is accelerated and liquefaction duration isshortened. |
