综合干预对胆汁反流性胃炎患者疾病不确定感、焦虑、抑郁的影响研究

目的探讨综合干预对胆汁反流性胃炎患者疾病不确定感、焦虑、抑郁影响。方法对63例胆汁反流性胃炎患者发放疾病不确定感、焦虑、抑郁等量表，根据调查结果实施综合干预措施，1个月后再次发放疾病不确定感、焦虑、抑郁量表，比较实施综合干预前后胆汁反流性胃炎患者疾病不确定感、焦虑、抑郁有无差异。结果综合干预后胆汁反流性胃炎患者疾病不确定感、焦虑、抑郁明显减轻，疾病不确定感高水平、低水平患者与实施综合干预前比较，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论对胆汁反流性胃炎患者进行综合干预措施，能有效降低患者的疾病不确定感、焦虑、抑郁水平，提高其应对疾病的能力。调整不良的心理状态，保持良好的情绪，促进疾病康复，提高其生活质量。

Influence of comprehensive intervention toward the uncertainty and anxiety and depression of bile-regurgitational gastritis patients

Objective To discuss the influence of comprehensive intervention to the uncertainty and anxiety and de- pression of bile-regurgitational gastritis patients. Methods 63 cases of bile-regurgitational gastritis patients were asked to filled in the scales of testing uncertainty and anxiety and depression, they were performed comprehensive interven- tion according to the survey result. The scales were asked to filled in I month later to find out the differences of un- certainty and anxiety and depression level of bile-regurgitational gastritis patients before and after the comprehensive intervention. Results The uncertainty and anxiety and depression level of bile-regurgitational gastritis patients were obviously relieved after getting comprehensive intervention. Compared to the uncertainty level before prevention, the difference of patient who had high-level uncertainty and low-level uncertainty had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Performing comprehensive prevention to bile-regurgitational gastritis patients can lower their level of un- certainty and anxiety and depression, enhance their ability to deal with disease, adjust their unhealthy mentality, maintain a good mood, promote disease rehabilitation and improve their quality of life.
