深圳市罗湖区女性流动人口生殖感染及其影响因素分析

摘    要:目的应用结构方程模型探讨女性流动人口生殖感染影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样,调查深圳市罗湖区女性流动人口共1304名,采用结构方程模型进行统计分析。结果女性流动人口自我报告生殖感染率较高,1年内感染率为58.9%。年龄、婚姻状况、社会经济地位、生殖卫生习惯直接影响女性流动人口生殖感染,生殖卫生知识掌握程度间接影响女性流动人口生殖感染。生殖卫生知识掌握程度与社会经济地位相关。结论女性流动人口生殖感染受到多因素影响,在制订对女性流动人口生殖健康干预措施时,应注意考虑到各因素之间的关系。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of floating women reproductive infection by structural equa- tion model. Methods 1 304 floating women in Luohu District of Shenzhen City were investigated by stratified random sampling, then structural equation model was used for statistical analysis. Results Floating women had a higher repro- ductive rate which was 58.9% in a year. Age, marital status, socio-economic status, reproductive health habits directly affected reproductive infection of female migrants, the degree of reproductive health knowledge indirectly affected re- productive infection of female migrants. Degree of reproductive health knowledge related to the socio-economic sta- tus. Conclusion Reproductive infection of floating women is influenced by multidimensional factors. Consideration should be given to the relationship among the various factors when formulating interventions of reproductive health for floating women.
