蒙药乌兰温都苏十一味丸治疗原发性高血压的观察

目的观察乌兰温都苏十一味丸治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法将确诊的140例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组、治疗组，各70例，对照组给予硝苯地平治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用乌兰温都苏十一味丸治疗。8周为1个疗程，两组均治疗1个疗程后，观察临床疗效，比较两组治疗前后的血压和心率变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后两组收缩压和舒张压均明显下降，治疗组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），两组治疗前后心率变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组的显效率为70．6％，总有效率为95．6％，均高于对照组的54．5％和84．8％（P〈0．05）；两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论乌兰温都苏十一味丸是安全有效的治疗高血压蒙药。

Clinical observation of Mongolian medicine Wulanwendusu-11 Pills in the treatment of essential hypertension

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Mongolian medicine Wulanwendusu-ll Pills in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 140 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, 70 patients in each group, the control group was given Nifedipine, and the treatment group was given Wulanwendusu-11 Pills based on the treatment of control group. 8 weeks for a course of treatment, patients were treated for a course of treatment, the clinical efficacy was observed, the change of blood pres- sure and heart rate before and after treatment of two groups were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were signif- icantly decreased, after treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0：05）, before and after treatment, the change of heart rate in two groups were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; in the treatment group, the effective rate was 70.6% and the total effective rate was 95.6%, which were higher than 54.5% and 84.8% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the adverse events of two groups were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Wulanwendusu-11 Pills is safe and effective Mongolian medicine in the treatment of hypertension.
