苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压临床观察

目的观察苯磺酸氨氯地平片对原发性高血压的临床疗效和其安全性。方法将80例原发性高血压患。者分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组服用硝苯地平片，观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片进行观察，1个疗程定为8周。两组患者治疗1个疗程后，观察比较其临床疗效，对比治疗前后两组患者血压、心率的变化和不良反应的情况。结果观察组治疗后血压（收缩压及舒张压）低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组显效率为77．5％，总有效率为97．5％，均高于对照组的60．0％和87．5％（P〈0．05）；两组患者不良反应比较，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者心率变化在治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平片疗效确切，副作用小，可作为临床一线降压药物。

Clinical observation on Amlodipine Besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency and its safety of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 80 patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups： control group and observation group, each included 40 patients. The patients in the control group took Nifedipine Tables and pa- tients in the observation group took Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, 8 weeks was appointed for a period of treatment. Af- ter a course, the clinical efficiency of the two groups was observed, and then the blood pressure, heart rate and adverse reactions after treatment were compared. Results The blood pressure （systolic pressure and diastolic pressure） of the observation group was generally lower than that of the control group; the difference between both groups was statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0.05）, the significant efficiency reached up to 77.5% and the total efficiency up to 97.5%, both of which was higher than that （60.0% and 87.5%） in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; comparing the adverse reactions of both group, the adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group, the difference be- tween both groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The heart rate in two groups was not statistically significant before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets is remarkable and its side effect is little, it can be regarded as the first class of clinical medicine in treating hypertension.
