摘    要:心电图教学特别是心律失常是临床教学中的重点及难点之一,由于心电图实践性强,涉及的知识较多,要记忆的内容也很多,许多学生一时不知道从何着手。如果按部就班地按常规教学,绝大部分学生收效甚微,很容易对心电图产生畏难情绪,严重影响了心电图课程的教学效果。本文根据笔者长期从事心内科临床工作和多年心电图教学的体会,按照心电技术自身的特点,提出“心电起源一心电传导一心电图形”的心律失常分析总纲,简化学生思维程序,给学生一个分析的“支点”,以帮助医学生及临床医生更好、更快地掌握心电图分析方法和技巧,从而达到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract:ECG teaching, in particular arrhythmia, is one of the priorities and difficulties in the clinical teaching. Be- cause so many electrocardiogram knowledge is involved and a lot of items to be remembered, it is no wonder why most of the students do not know how to approach an ECG strip. There is little effect if conventional teaching technique is applied and most Students are fear of ECG analysis. According to the authors teaching experience and the characteris- tics of the ECG technology itself, we propose an easy principle: "the origin-the conduction-the graph" to be the master of the ECG analysis methodology to help medical students, clinicians master the skills of arrhythmia analysis quickly.
