摘    要:目的比较不同产地硫熏和烘干金银花中绿原酸含量变化,考察硫熏对金银花内在化学成分的影响。方法采用HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量,Cts柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:O.4%磷酸溶液-乙腈=87:13,流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸在0.0836-0.4180斗g范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.30%(RSD=0.49%)。结论硫熏后金银花绿原酸含量明显增加,不同产地之间的含量差异也较大。

Abstract:Objective To determine the Chlorogenic acid content in sulfur fumigation and drying honeysuckle with HPLC, in order to investigate methods of sulfur fumigation process quality status under the honeysuckle. Methods HPLC, C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used; with a mobile phase of 0.4%H3PO4- Acetonitrile (87:13); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature was 30℃; the detective wavelength was 327 nm. Results The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was from 0.083 6-0.418 0 μg, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.30% (RSD = 0.49%). Conclusion The content of Chlorogenic acid has increased significantly after smoked by sulfur, with large differences between different areas.
