纳米医学诊断与治疗技术研究新进展

本文介绍对近期在纳米科学与技术与医学的交叉研究和所发展的用于疾病诊断和医疗新型纳米材料等新进展。利用纳米技术将生物分子的识别功能与纳米粒子的光、电、磁功能结合在一起，在造影成像技术、新型诊断方法和快速诊断等方面已取得了重要进展。将纳米技术应用于靶向和环境响应性纳米药物输送体系已成为近年来治疗领域的热点和重点。治疗一体化的纳米材料体系是一个有望满足医疗需求的纳米医学新方向。

Progress in nanomedicine for diagnosis and controlled drug delivery

Numerous progresses on the new nanomaterial systems for diagnosis and pharmacologics resulted from the development of muhidiscipline research on nanotechnology and medical science have been summarized in this review. By nanotechnology＂ combining the molecular recognition specificity with optical, electrical, and magnetic properties of nanometerials, several new approaches for imaging, faster diagnosis have been developed. The research on nanomedicine of the controlled drug delivery nano carriers with targeted and responsive properties in recent years have been introduced. Combining imaging diagnosis and therapeutics of nanocarriers, theranostics, is one of very promising way of nanomedicine.
