综合护理在妊娠高血压综合征患者产后护理中的应用观察

目的探讨综合护理在妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）患者产后护理中的应用效果。方法将2011年1月-2013年3月解放军总医院收治的100例妊高征患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组46例患者采用基础护理，观察组54例患者在对照组的基础上从心理、基础、生命体征、产后出血、产后子痫、急性左心衰竭等方面对患者进行综合的监测与护理。结果观察组患者产后24～48h血压明显优于对照组，产后子痫等并发症的发生率亦低于对照组。护理后观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分显著优于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论妊高征患者经过综合护理可以降低产后子痫等并发症的发生，改善患者的预后。

Application of comprehensive postpartum nursing in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertensive syndrome

Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive postpartum nursing in patients with pregnancy- induced hypertensive syndrome. Methods 100 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertensive syndrome were divided into observation group and control group from es of control group were given basic nursing, 54 cases January 2011 to March 2012 in general hospital of PLA. 46 cas- of observation group were nursed and monitored from several as- pects such as basic nursing, psychological, vital signs, postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum eclampsia, acute left heart failure. Results The blood pressure of patients of observation group were dropped significantly in 24-48 h, it was bet- ter than that of control group, the incidence of postpartum eclampsia and other complications of observation group was lower than that of control group, SAS and SDS score of observation group was better than that of control group after nursing. There were significant differences （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of postpartum eclampsia and other complications of the patients with pregnancy-lnduced hypertensive syndrome may reduce by the comprehensive nursing, and improve the prognosis of the patients.
