护理干预对新生儿黄疸治疗效果及黄疸指数的影响

目的探讨护理干预对新生儿黄疸治疗效果及黄疸指数的影响。方法选取2008年1月～2012年1月在南方医科大学第三附属医院就诊的100例新生儿黄疸患儿，将其随机分为干预组（综合性护理干预）和对照组（随机对症护理），每组各50例。两组新生儿生后均给予早接触、早吸吮，实行母乳喂养、母婴同室、按需哺乳，给予常规随机遵医嘱的对症护理：干预组在常规护理的基础上予以综合性的护理干预。比较两组的治疗效果、黄疸指数及护理满意度。结果干预组的总有效率为96．0％，明显高于对照组（80．0％）。干预组的黄疸指数明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对新生儿黄疸实施综合性的护理干预措施，有利于提高临床疗效，降低黄疸指数，值得推广和应用。

Impact of care intervention on the therapeutic effect and jaundice index of neonatal jaundice

Objective To investigate the impact on nursing intervention therapeutic effect and jaundice index of neona- tal jaundice. Methods 100 patients with with neonatal jaundice in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group （integrated care intervention） and the control group （random symptomatic care）, each group had 50 patients. Newborns of two groups after birth herein were given premature con- tacts as early as sucking, implementation of breastfeeding, rooming-in, and breastfeeding on demand to be the conven- tional random incompliance symptomatic care. Intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing of control group. The treatment effects and jaundice index of two groups were compared. The total efficiency of intervention group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （80.0%）. The jaundice index of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the comprehensive care interventions for neonatal jaundice can improve clinical efficacy, and reduce the jaundice index, which worthy of promotion and application.
