| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨内窥镜下切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的效果。方法:对15例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者施行鼻内窥镜手术。结果:随访2~4年,仅1例复发,余者均未见复发。结论:鼻内窥镜有多视角、清晰度高、损伤小、不毁容等优点,是治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的一种很好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Method: Fifteen patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranosal sinuses were operated on by endscopic sinus surgery.Result: During a follow-up of 2-4 years,only one recurred.Conclusion: Endoscopic sinus surgery has advantages of clear field and little injury,and therefore it is effective for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity. |
