摘 要: | 通过应用快速检测试剂盒法和国家标准中规定的实验室仪器法分别对178份样品进行合成色素检测的对比,结果显示快速检测法阳性检出率略低于实验室仪器法,对于不含油脂的液体食品(如葡萄酒、果汁饮料),快速试剂盒法与仪器法的阳性符合率较高,且试剂盒法快速、操作简便,成本低,适用于现场监督检查中,对不合格食品的初筛,对提高监管效率,增加监管过程中的技术含量具有指导性意义。

Analysis on the application of rapid detection technology for synthetic food colour in field inspection |

Abstract: | This research uses speedy test kits and laboratory apparatus methods regulated by national standards to detect synthetic colour in 178 samples separately and make a comparison. The result reveals that the positive detecting rate of the speedy test is a little lower than laboratory apparatus methods, and for fat free liquid food ( such as wines, fruit juice beverage), both methods are of high positive coincidence rate, and speedy test kits are quicker, easier and cheaper, so it fits to be used in field inspection as a tool for preliminary screening for unqualified food, improving inspection efficiency and enriching inspection technology. |
