卡培他滨单药治疗老年晚期肿瘤的临床观察

目的：研究单药卡培他滨治疗老年晚期肿瘤的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法：27例老年晚期肿瘤患者，均经病理或临床诊断，治疗以卡培他滨2500mg／m2，每日分2次口服，d1-18，21天1个周期，至少2周期评价疗效。结果：27例完全缓解（CR）2例，部分缓解（PR）12例，无变化（NC）8例，进展（PD）5例，总有效率51．7％，1年生存率67．9％。毒性反应主要为消化道反应，可耐受。结论：对于老年晚期肿瘤患者，卡培他滨单药治疗疗效肯定，值得临床应用。

Clinical observation on capecitabine in treatment of old advanced tumor patients

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of capecitabine in treatment of old patients with advanced tumor.Methods:Twenty-seven old patients with advanced tumor diagnosed pathologically received capecitabine 2500mg/m2,on day 1-14,repeated every 21 days.All the patients received at least 2 cycles.Results:The total effective rate was 51.7%(2 complete and 12 partial response),and 8 patients had no change and 5 cases were progressive,1-year survival rate was 67.9%.The main toxicities were nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:Capecitabine is effective in the treatment of old advanced tumor.
