癌症初期放化疗病人焦虑抑郁情绪及应对状况的研究

[目的]探讨癌症初期放化疗病人焦虑、抑郁及应对状况,为临床护理计划的制定提供依据.[方法]采用焦虑、抑郁自评量表和医学应对问卷对78例癌症初期放化疗病人进行调查.[结果]癌症初期放化疗病人焦虑、抑郁的发生率显著高于其他病期癌症病人(P＜0.001),女性病人抑郁程度明显高于男性(P＜0.05);面对和回避维度得分均显著高于正常人(P＜0.01),不同年龄、居住地的病人应对方式不同.[结论]癌症初期放化疗病人的焦虑、抑郁情绪反应较重,多采用面时和回避的保护性应对策略.

A study on anxiety and depression of cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the initial stage and their coping state

Objective:To probe into the anxiety and depression of cancer patients and their coping state during undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the initial stage,so as to provide some bases for working out clinical nursing plan.Methods:A total of 78 cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the initial stage were investigated by adopting anxiety scale,depression scale and medical coping questionnaires.Results:The incidences of anxiety and depression of cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the initial stage were higher than that of patients in other stages(P<0.001).The depression degree of female cases was much higher than that of male patients(P<0.05).In terms of the scores of facing and avoidance of patients were both higher than that of normal people(P<0.01).And patients of different age and in different habitation place had different coping styles.Conclusion:Cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the initial stage have more severe anxiety and depression.Most of them adopted protective coping strategies such as facing or avoidance.
