| 摘 要： | 目的：研究四角蛤蜊粗多糖对免疫功能的调节作用。方法：采用水提醇沉工艺制备四角蛤蜊粗多糖提取物，对其进行红外袁征，并测定了总糖和总蛋白的含量；进一步通过碳粒廓清实验、血清溶血素水平测定实验，以及迟发型变态反应实验研究四角蛤蜊粗多糖对免疫功能的影响。结果：四角蛤蜊粗多糖提取物中总糖平均含量为72．79％，总蛋白平均含量为22．03％。四角蛤蜊粗多糖能够显著升高正常小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬指数和免疫力低下小鼠血清溶血素水平以及免疫力低下小鼠的耳肿胀率。结论：四角蛤蜊粗多糖能够较好地提高小鼠的免疫活性。
