TLC检查止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加四种化学药品的方法

目的:建立检查止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸苯海拉明、枸橼酸喷托维林、磷酸苯丙哌林的快速筛选检测方法。方法:采用GF254薄层预制板;展开剂为环己烷-乙酸乙酯(7∶1);稀碘化铋钾试液显色。结果:6种剂型的阴性溶液均呈阴性,6种剂型的阳性溶液均呈阳性;4种成份最小检出量均小于0.3μg。结论:建立的薄层色谱方法能可靠、快速地用于筛选止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加的马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸苯海拉明、枸橼酸喷托维林、磷酸苯丙哌林。

Identification of Four Chemical Substances Added into Traditional Chinese Medicine for Relieving Cough and Asthma Illegally by TLC

Objective： To establish a rapid method for identifying chlorphenamine maleate, diphenhydramine hydrocloride, pen- toxyverine citrate and benproperine phosphate added into Traditional Chinese Medicine for relieving cough. Method： Used prefabricated GF254 plate and cyelohexane-ethyl acetate （7：1 ） as mobile phase, used dilute potassium iodobismuthate TS as indicator solution. Result： The result of six sorts of negative sample was negative and the result of six sorts of positive sample was positive, the detection limit was less than 0. 3μg. Conclusion： The method was regarded as an ideal method for identifying four above chemical substances added into Traditional Chinese Medicine for relieving cough and asthma rapidly and reliably.
