摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定清热解毒口服液中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量方法。方法:采用VP-ODS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为324 nm,柱温:38℃。结果:绿原酸在14.0~56.0 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.1%(n=6);黄芩苷在51.2~204.8 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Baicalin in Qingre Jiedu Oral Liquid by HPLC

Abstract:Objective : To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Baicalin in Qingre Jiedu Oral Liquid. Methods: The determination was performed by HPLC of VP-ODS C18Column(4. 6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) ,with mobile phase con- sisting of methanol and 0. 2% phosphoric acid,from rate at 1.0 mL·min^-1 , detection wavelength at 324 rim. Result: The linear velation was good. For chlorogenic acid, the regression eqution was Y = 4. 64 × 10^-5X- 3.93 ×10^-2,r = 0. 999 9, the linear range was within 14. 0 -56.0 mg · L^-1. The average recovery was 98.2% with RSD 1.1% ; For Baicalin, the regression eqution was Y=5.47 × 10^-5X -6. 62 × 10^-2 ,r = 0. 999 9, the linear range was within 51.2 -204. 8 mg · L^-1 The average recovery was 98. 4% with RSD 1.3%. Conclusion : The method is simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the Oral Liquid.
