| 摘 要： | 目的:观察去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠骨组织解剖形态的变化,为复方中药治疗骨质疏松模型大鼠提供初步实验依据。方法:用卵巢摘除法诱导骨质疏松模型大鼠,并分别以中药复方高、中、低剂量、西药(乙烯雌酚)进行治疗,通过大鼠子宫湿重、脏器指数及骨组织解剖形态的变化,观察药物对骨质疏松模型大鼠的治疗作用。结果:中药各剂量组对子宫湿重和脏器指数有升高趋势但没有统计学意义,用药组与模型组相比骨质疏松均不同程度减轻。结论:复方中药可以阻止去势大鼠的骨量的丢失和骨结构的退化。
