认知疗法对于美沙酮维持治疗患者心理治疗的对照研究

目的：运用认知疗法对美沙酮维持治疗的患者进行治疗，研究其心理状态及效果分析。方法：将美沙酮维持治疗患者分为两组分别进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和自评抑郁量表（SDS）进行测评，之后对治疗组进行认知治疗，并与对照组进行比较。结果：进行认知治疗的美沙酮维持治疗患者在焦虑及抑郁情况与对照组有明显差别。结论：认知治疗对美沙酮维持治疗患者在焦虑和抑郁方面改善具有明显作用。

Comparative study on patients of Methadone Maintenance Treatment with cognitive therapy
