摘    要:目的:探索游泳劳损法结合限食法制作大鼠气虚模型,并观察补中益气汤对气虚证大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组,气虚模型组,补中益气汤高(4.0 g·ml-1)、中(2.0 g·ml-1)、低(1.0 g·ml-1)剂量组。利用游泳劳损法结合限食法制备大鼠气虚模型,造模同时给药,实验结束后对模型进行评价及检测各组血流流变学参数。结果:利用本实验方法成功制作大鼠气虚造模,补中益气汤高、中、低剂量对气虚大鼠全血高切黏度、中切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞变形指数及聚集指数均有不同程度的改善作用。结论:游泳劳损法加限食法能成功制作大鼠气虚模型,且补中益气汤对气虚大鼠血液流变学有明显的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the inducing method of Qi deficiency syndrome model in rats, and study the effects of Buzhong Yiqi decoction (BZYQD) on hemorheology in rats with Qi deficiency. Method: Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into five groups, which were the normal group, Qi deficiency group, and the high ( 4. 0 g·ml^-1 ), medium ( 2.0 g·ml^-1), and low ( 1.0 g·ml^-1) dosage of BZYQD groups. Qi deficiency syndrome model in SD rats was induced by swimming exhausting method combined with dietary restriction while administrated BZYQD. Then the Qi deficiency syndrome was evaluated, and hemorheology in different groups were measured. Result: Qi deficiency syndrome model in SD rats was successfully induced. BZYQD ( high, medium and low dosage ) could significantly improve blood rheology, blood viscosity, plasmid viscosity, fibfinogen, RBC deformation index and erythrocyte aggregation in rats with Qi deficiency. Conclusion: Qi deficiency syndrome model in SD rats is successfully induced by swimming exhausting and dietary restriction method. BZYQD can significantly improve hemorheology in rats with Qi deficiency.
