| 摘 要： | 目的:建立GC法测定丁细牙痛胶囊中丁香酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为FFAP毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm,1.0μm),FID为检测器,选用正己烷作提取溶剂。结果:丁香酚进样量在线性范围为0.058～0.941μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 1),平均加样回收率为97.8%(RSD=1.1%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determing eugenol in dingxi yatong capsules by gas chromatography. Method： The samples were separated on FFAP capillary column （30 m ×0. 53 mm, 1.0 μm） the FID was used as decector and hexyl hydride was selected as extraction agent. Result： The linear range of eugenol was 0. 058-0. 941μg （ r = 0. 999 1 ）, and the average recovery was 97.8 % （RSD = 1.1%, n = 6）. Conclusion： This method is simple, quick, accurate and can be used for the quality control of the drug. |
