| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定小儿消积止咳口服液中槟榔碱含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：Cosmosil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（每1000ml含十二烷基磺酸钠1．0g）（48：52），检测波长：215nm。结果：氢溴酸槟榔碱对照品在0．100～2．008μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999；回收率为99．7％，RSD=2．63％。结论：该法简便、测定准确、分离效果好，能较好的评价该品种的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the determination method of areeoline in xiaoji zhike oral liquids for children by HPLC. Method： The HPLC method was performed for the determination on Cosmosil Cls column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） ,with methanol-0. 1% H3PO4 （containing SDS 1.0 g per 1 000 ml） （48： 52） as mobile phase and detection wavelength of 215 nm. Result： The arecoline had promising liner relationship between 0. 100-2. 008 μg, and the average recovery was 99. 7% with RSD of 2. 63%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control. |
