摘    要:目的:制备甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片,并对其体外释放度进行考察。方法:以乙基纤维素-聚乙二醇复合材料作为控释衣膜,制备双层渗透泵控释片。以自制片与市售参比制剂体外释放度的相似因子f2为评价指标,采用正交试验设计优化甲磺酸多沙唑嗪双层渗透泵控释片的处方;同时,采用扫描电镜考察了释药过程中复合衣膜表面微孔的形成情况。结果:优化处方呈现良好的零级释药特征(r=0.9996),在不同释放介质的释药行为基本一致。结论:甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片的体外释放特征与市售参比制剂相比具有良好的相似性(f2=76.75)。
