| 摘 要： | 目的:提高筋痛消酊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对当归和川芎进行鉴别,以正已烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇(12:0.4:0.4的展开剂;采用HPLC法测定大黄中大黄素和大黄酚的总量,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（80:20）为流动相。结果:薄层板上可对当归和川芎进行同时鉴别;大黄素线性范围0.01～0.54μg·ml-1（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率为100.12%（n=6）,大黄酚的线性范围0.01～0.53μg·ml-1（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为100.04%（n=6）。结论:新制订的质量标准方法准确、精密度高并且切实可行。
