| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及治疗前后血液流变学变化。方法 80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为奥扎格雷钠组和川芎嗪组各40例,均静脉滴注给药。治疗组用氯化钠注射液500mL+奥扎格雷钠80mg,每日1次,对照组低分子右旋糖酐500mL+川芎嗪160mg,每日1次,连续应用14天为一疗程。治疗前后观察血液流变学指标及临床疗效、评价。结果治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且能降低全血高切粘度,低切粘度,血浆粘度,红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原等;头颅CT检查显示治疗组病灶较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死能显著改善临床症状,降低血液流变学指标。
