| 摘 要： | 目的评价采用交锁髓内钉固定技术治疗前臂双骨折的临床疗效。方法我院自2005年1月～2006年12月，采用施乐辉Foresight带锁髓内针固定术治疗尺桡骨双骨折16例，随访12～36个月，应用Berton评定标准评价临床疗效。结果根据Berton评定标准：优10例，良4例，中1例，差1例，优良率达93％。结论正确应用交锁髓内钉治疗前臂双骨折是一种微创、操作简单的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of closed intramedullary techniques for double fracture of forearm.Methods 16 patients with double fracture of forearm were treated with intramedullary nailing techniques,the Berton scale was used as outcome measures.Results The average follow-up period was 25 months(from 12 to 36 months).According to Berton scale,10 cases were excellent,and 4 cases were good.The good and excellent rate were 93%,All cases were recovered to normal work and live with painless forearm.Conclusi... |
