摘    要:支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是常见的慢性炎症性疾病,其发生发展受多种环境因素的影响。其中真菌可促进Th2炎症反应,是哮喘加重的重要危险因素,其加重哮喘的具体机制目前尚未明确。iNKT细胞已被证实在哮喘的发病机制中起重要作用,且最新研究发现,某些真菌的脂质抗原能够以CD1d分子限制性地激活iNKT细胞。因此,iNKT细胞作为免疫调节细胞,在真菌加重哮喘的免疫机制中是否起作用引起了人们的广泛关注和思考。本文主要针对iNKT细胞、真菌和哮喘三者之间的关系进行综述。

Abstract:Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a common chronic inflammatory disease, and its occurrence or development is affected by many environmental factors. Fungi can promote the Th2 inflammatory and constitute an important risk factor of asthma exacerbations, but the exact mechanism of fungi-induced asthma exacerbation is not yet clear, iNKT ceils have been shown to play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma. Besides, a latest research has found that certain fungal lipid antigens can activates invariant natural killer T cells in a CDld-restricted fashion. Therefore, whether iNKT cells, which act as immune regulatory cells,play an essential role in the fungi induced asthma exacerbation has aroused great attention and deep thinking. In this paper, main emphasis is placed on the relationship between fungi,iNKT cells and asthma.
