排龈膏排龈在前牙固定修复中的应用研究

目的：探讨排龈膏在前牙固定修复中的应用。方法选择前牙固定修复患者85例（前牙124颗），随机分成2组，分别采用排龈线和排龈膏法比较基牙预备体和印模的临床效果。结果排龈线和排龈膏法取得的基牙预备体和印模边缘清晰，两者比较差别无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论使用排龈线和排龈膏都能达到较好的排龈效果；排龈膏操作便捷，不容易使患者产生疼痛，更适合在临床上广泛应用。

The Application of Gingival Retraction Paste in Anterior Fixed Proshesis

Objective To explore the application of gingival retraction paste in anterior fixed pro-shesis . Methods 85 patients （with 124 anterior teeth） were chosen for anterior fixed prothesis . They were randomly divided into two groups according to the type of gingival retraction ,one with gingival retra-cion cord and the other with retraction paste . The clinical performance of impressions were analyzed through two gingival retraction methods . Results Excellent results were gained through both gingival retraction methods with clear sharp edge in the impressions ,and no significant differences were found be-tween them（P＆gt;0 .05） . Conclusions Good clinical gingival retraction results were acquired through two methods ,however the gingival paste method features convenience to the clinician ,comfort to the patients and its clinical application will be predictable with recommendation .
