不育者宫颈粘液抗精子免疫反应的临床研究

目的：探讨宫颈粘液抗精子免疫反应的病因和治疗。方法：研究组292例宫颈粘液抗精子抗体阳性反应和对照组120例宫颈粘液抗精子体阴性反应，进行系统临床-实验室检测。结果：宫颈粘液抗精子免疫反应合并生殖系统炎症源性疾病比率明显增高，并发现抗精子免疫反应和宫颈粘液质量二者往往同时出现，采用抗炎联合抑抗治疗效果满意。结论：生殖系统炎症源性疾病是宫颈粘液抗精子免疫反应的重要原因之一，强调抗炎和抑抗联合治疗的必要性。

Clinic studies on the antisperm immunoreactions of the infertility women unerine neck mucus

Objective: To study the course of the antisperm immunoreactions of unerine neck mucus and develop the method of the treatment .Method: 292 women with the antisperm antibodies positive reaction of unerine neck mucus in study group, and 120 women with the negative reaction in the comparison group, were examined systematically in clinic and laboratory. Result: It was found the ratio of the genitalia system inflammation's original disease complicated with the antisperm immunoreactions was increased remarkably, and both of the antisperm immunoreactions and the poor quality of unerine neck mucus often occurred simultaneously. The curative effect of the treatment of anti-inflammatory combined with antibodies inhibiting was satisfied. Conclusion: The genitalia system inflammation's original disease is one of the important courses of the antisperm immunoreactions of unerine neck mucus, it was pressed the necessary of treatment of anti-inflammatory combined with antibodies inhibiting
