| 摘 要： | 目的 总结老年人肺癌外科手术治疗的经验,对老年肺癌外科治疗的特点进行探讨.方法 回顾性分析该院2005年1月-2011年9月手术治疗28例70岁以上老年肺癌患者的围手术期处理及并发症的情况.结果 28例老年肺癌患者手术切除27例,手术切除率96.4%,剖胸探查1例;围手术期无死亡病例,术后并发症8例,并发症发生率28.6%.结论 老年肺癌患者的年龄不应作为手术的绝对禁忌证;加强围手术期管理积极处理并发症;手术治疗是可取得满意的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective Summarize the surgical treatment experience of aged patiens with lung cancer,discusse the characteristics of the surgical treatment of aged patiens with lung cancer.Methods From January 2005 to September 2011 retrospective Study was done on the perioperation treatment and the occurrence of complications of 28 case aged over 70 years.Results The surgical resection rate 96.4%(27/28).1 patient with open thoracic exploration failed to resects and there was no patients died in the group,the postoperative complications 8 cases(28.6%).Conclusion Aged lung cancer patients are not the contraindication for surgical operation.To acquire satisfied treatment results of Surgical operation.Strengthening perioperational management associated with disposing complication effectively is important. |
