摘    要:目的:评价插入式微波天线阵列诱导高温原位灭活治疗肢体恶性或侵袭性骨肿瘤保肢诉临床应用。方法:应用插入式微波天线阵列诱导高温原位灭活治疗肢体恶性或侵袭性骨肿瘤190例,从手术技术、肿瘤学、关节功能并发症等方面全面综合评价此方法的临床应用效果。结果:恶性骨肿瘤134例,术后平均随访47mo,因远隔脏器转移死亡者32例,另有3例虽有肺部转移,但经转移病灶切除后现仍无瘤存活;存活率为74.2%;102例存

Abstract:AIM: To asses a surgical technique in treating ma-lignant or aggressive bone tumors of extremities with insertedmicrowave antenna array induced hyperthermia. METHODS:Inserted microwave antenna array induced hyperthermia wasused to treat 19o patients with malignant or aggressive bonetumors of extremities and the clinical results of the surgicalprocedure were assessed in terms of oncology, joint functionand complications. RESULTS: ()f the tota1 l34 malignantbone tumor patignts, who had been followed up for 47f:months after operabon, 32 patients died of long distance or-ganic metastasis and 1o2 patients are sti1l alive, among whom72 patients have excel1ent limb and joint functions, 14 pa-tients have good 1imb and joint functions and 3 patients withlung metastasis have had the metastatic tumor nitus rernoved. The tptal survival rate was 74. 2%. The 56 cases ofgiant cell tumors of bone were treated with the above men-tioned method and followed up for 49 months, of whom onepatient died of lung metastasis and 3 patients survived the lo-cal recurrence. 35 patients have excellent or good joint func-tions. CoNCLUSIoN: The inserted antenna array inducedhyperthermia for at site inactthetion of bone tumors is a novel, safe and promising technique and will improve the treat-ment of ma1ignant and aggressive limb tumors. But furtherstudy should be conducted on the modification and assessmentof this technique.
