短暂性脑缺血发作后大鼠海马区星形胶质细胞超微结构的改变

摘    要:目的 探讨短暂性脑缺血发作 (TIA)后大鼠星形胶质细胞的改变对缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 SD成年大鼠 12只 ,分成正常对照组、假手术组和实验组 ,采用 4 VO动物模型模拟SD大鼠短暂性脑缺血发作 ;应用透射电镜观察TIA后海马区星形胶质细胞超微结构变化。结果 实验组星形胶质细胞增生明显 ,胞突终端水肿 ,造成微血管管腔狭窄。结论 星形胶质细胞的胞突终足在短暂性脑缺血后发生水肿 ,机械性压迫微血管 ,从而成为缺血再灌注损伤过程中的重要因素之一

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of astrogliosis on reperfusion injury of brain in rats following transient ischemic attacks (TIA).Methods 4 VO SD rats model was adopted to simulate TIA. The changes of ultrastructural changes of astroglia in hippocampus areas were observed using transmission electron microscope.Results Astrogliosis in hippocampus of TIA group was obvious and manifested as edema of the end of astroglial plate which oppressed capillaries,resulting in obstruction of capillaries.Conclusions The edema of astroglial end plate and its mechanical oppression on capillaries play important role in the course of reperfusion injury after TIA in rat hippocampus.
