Dynamics of the lysosomal-cation test in patients with appendicitis before and after surgery |

| Abstract: | The diagnostic informative value of the lysosomal-cation test (LCT) in patients with appendicitis was studied. The formula of lysosomal-cation index has been suggested, peculiar features of cytomorphology in given pathology described. The LCT was established to be an informative index of form and severity of the vermiform process inflammation. |
