| 摘 要： | 目的运用子午流注学说,针对冠心病病例的病情变化与时辰的关系实施择时护理,并观察其疗效。方法将90例冠心痛住院患者随机分为观察组（择时护理）和对照组（随机护理）,对2种护理方式的效果进行比较分析。结果冠心病的反复率方面,观察组低于对照组,且并发症发生率降低（P〈0．01）,有显著性差异。结论在中医理论指导下的冠心病调护,对提高治疗的有效率起到了一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective With meridional discharging doctrine,to explore the effect of "choosing time" nursing,which is performed according to the correlation ship between the condition change of patients with coronary heart disease and time.Methods 90 inpatients with coronary heart disease were divided randomly into two groups: observation group(received "choosing time" nursing) and control group(received stochastic nursing).The effects of two nursing modes were compared.Results The reoccurring rate of coronary heart disease of observation group was lower than that of control group;and the complications were reduced(P<0.01).The difference was significant.Conclusions The nursing under the guidance of Chinese medicine can improve the effect of coronary heart disease. |
