护理本科男生对专业认知的调查及对策

摘    要:目的了解护理本科男生(男护生)对专业认知情况,为制订针对性培养计划提供依据。方法采用调查问卷,对47名男护生的报读原因及其学习态度,毕业后从事护理工作的态度,不喜欢护理专业或不愿从事护理工作的原因等进行调查。结果因热爱护理专业而报读的不足9%。仅6.4%男护生乐意成为一名护士,93.6%将就业作为跳板或根本就不愿意从事护理工作。造成男护生不喜欢护理专业的原因主要是护理工作地位低下、专业没有发展前途等。社会偏见、传统观念及职业价值是影响男护生专业思想的最主要因素。结论加强男护生的专业思想和人生价值观教育;强化基础护理培训,深化教学改革,突出男性特色,拓宽知识结构;设置多元文化教育课程,培养男护生跨文化护理能力对提高男护生护理专业认知水平具有积极的意义。

Abstract:Objective To learn the career cognition among boy nursing undergraduates and provide evidence for cultivation design.Method A total of 47 boy nursing undergraduates were surveyed with questionnaire on reasons for choosing nursing as their career,their attitude to nursing study,work attitude after graduation,and reasons for not liking nursing study and nursing work.Results Less than 9% of boys chose nursing because they liked it.Only 6.4% of boys were willing to be a nurse.93.6% of boys didn't like nursing because of its low social status and poor career prospect.Social prejudice,traditional belief and occupational value were the main factors affecting boys' thinking.Conclusion It will be of great significance for improving career cognition among boy nursing undergraduates if we enhance education on career thinking and outlook on life,enhance nursing training with boys' peculiarity,and install multielement curriculum to cultivate boy students' trans-cultural nursing ability.
