| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找一种简单有效、成功率高又不影响生育功能的异位妊娠的药物治疗方法.方法:40例患者米非司酮联合中药治疗(观察组)、33例患者单纯米非司酮治疗(对照组).结果:观察组能明显缩短血β-hcG(绒毛膜促性腺激素)降至正常范围的时间,减少住院日,提高治疗成功率(P＜0.01).结论:米非司酮配合中药治疗异位妊娠,疗效高、副作用小、可作为临床首选治疗方案.

| Abstract: | Objective:To seek a sort of simplicity and validity ectopic gestation's medication method with high success rate.At the same time it salvos jure bearing functional.Methods:40 examples patients are treated by Misoprostol Tadlets and Chinese herbs(observation group).But.33 examples patients are treated only by Misoprostol Tadlets(control group).Results:observation group might distinctly decurtate B-hcg blood-(choriogonadotrophin)down to normal range's hour,decrease the days in hospital and increase theraphy mission success rate(P<0.01).Condusion:If Misoprostol Tadlets conjugated Chinese traditional medicine treat ectopic gestation the curative effect will be high and the secondary action will be small.So it can be used as clinical first choice RX. |
