厄贝沙坦联合多巴胺治疗肺纤维化并肾功能不全患者的疗效随访观察

摘要：[目的]应用多巴胺联合厄贝沙坦治疗肺纤维化并肾功能不全患者的疗效随访观察。[方法]临床上选择肺纤维化合并肾功能不全患者65例，随机分成多巴胺组和厄贝沙坦组，观察治疗前后肾功能检查指标，判断疗效，疗效结果资料进行统计学X2检验分析。[结果]1.患者应用多巴胺、厄贝沙坦等治疗半个月后，多巴胺组和厄贝沙坦组有效率分别为83％、94％, P>0.05，两组间差异没有统计学意义。2.应用厄贝沙坦治疗三个月后，多巴胺组有效率为30％，而厄贝沙坦组患者有效率为85.7％，P<0.05，两组间差异有统计学意义，厄贝沙坦组疗效较明显，而多巴胺组效果较差。3. 应用厄贝沙坦治疗六个月后，多巴胺组有效率为16.67％，随访一年时的有效率为7.1％；而厄贝沙坦组患者应用厄贝沙坦治疗六个月后的有效率为45.7％，随访一年时的有效率为37.1％，P<0.05，两组间差异有统计学意义，厄贝沙坦组疗效尚可，而多巴胺组效果较差。[结论]肺纤维化合并肾功能不全患者应用厄贝沙坦治疗半年后，其疗效显著，而且疗效可以维持到一年。

The Observation of the Curative Effect That Irbesartan and Dopamine treated the Patients of Pulmonary Fibrosis With Renal Failure

Abstract: [Object] To observe the curative effect of irbesartan and dopamine to the patients of pulmonary fibrosis with renal failure. [Methods] The 65 patients of pulmonary fibrosis with renal failure were selected randomly and were separated into the dopamine group and the Irbesartan group . The change of renal function was observed during the course of treatment .The chi-square test analyzed data. [Results] Firstly, after the treatment of half a month with Irbesartan and dopamine ,no statistical diversity exist between the dopamine group and the Irbesartan group .The effective rate of the dopamine group and the Irbesartan group is respectively 83%、94%. Secondly, the statistical diversity exist between the dopamine group and the Irbesartan group through the three months’ treatment , The effective rate of the dopamine group and the Irbesartan group is respectively 30%、85.7%. Finally, after the treatment were carried about the six months , the effective rate of the dopamine group is 16.67%，the effective rate is 7.1% in one year follow-up. whereas the effective rate of the Irbesartan group is 45.7%，the effective rate is 37.1% in one year follow-up. There are the statistical diversity between the two groups. [Conclusion] Irbesartan treat the patients of pulmonary fibrosis with renal failure to have remarkably curative effect ，the curative effect can continue to one year .
