婴儿期先天性腭裂手术治疗104例临床分析

目的分析104例先天性腭裂患儿婴儿期手术修复的效果．探讨先天性腭裂婴儿期修复的可行性及语言功能效果。方法对104例先天性腭裂患儿在口腔或鼻腔插管复合麻醉下分别选用单瓣法、二瓣手术法、三瓣手术法、四瓣手术法或“Z”成形术、反向双“Z”形瓣法等修复。结果104例均为一期愈合，外观形态得到良好效果，1～20年的随访，显示语言功能良好。结论在口腔或鼻腔插管复合麻醉及熟练的手术技巧下，先天性腭裂婴儿期手术修复是安全的，比延期手术效果明显．特别是语言功能方面效果更佳。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF OPERATIVE TREATMENT ON CONGENITAL CLEFT PALATE IN INFANCY: A REPORT OF 104 CASES

Objective To study the feasibility and linguistic function effect of palatorrhaphy for congenital cleft palate in infancy. Methods Under complex anesthesia with mouth or nose intubation, one of the following methods was choosed for prosthesis, single valve operation, two valves operation, three valves operation, four valves operation, Z forming operation, and reverse double Z forming operation et al. Results Primary healing was observed in 104 cases, and their appearance were greatly improved. All the patients had been followed up for 1-20 years, whose linguistic function was very well. Conclusion Under complex anesthesia with mouth or nose intubation and skilled surgical operation, operative effect in this period is superior to prolonged surgery, especilly in linguistic function effect.
