| 摘 要： | 本文应用本空制备的载脂蛋白（ａｐｏ）Ｂ单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）纯化后建立了透射免疫比浊法，并对实验中的各项条件和影响因素进行了探讨，经与多克隆抗体（ＰｃＡｂ）透射免疫比浊法比较，相关系数ｒ＝０．９１１。

| Abstract: | In this study we have set up a transmission immunoturbidimetric assay with the monoclonalantibody(McAb)Paeaned and purified by ourselves to apoprotein B and investigated the optimal conditions and influences on the assay.Compering to the transmission immunotubidimetry,with polyclonal antibody (PcAb) the assay with McAb to apoprotein B showed a close correlation with a coefficientas 0.911. |
