运用综合指数法评价医疗工作质量

目的 了解医院工作综合质量情况，并给予正确评价，为医院管理工作提供有意义的参考。方法 以各指标实际完成值和标准值为基础，通过计算两者比率（完成值/标准值或标准值/完成值），将各指标比值的综合值作为评价的尺度进行衡量评价。结果 近10年综合指数呈起伏曲线状态发展，形成以1997年为低谷，从1998年开始逐年上升，以2004年为峰端的发展势态。结论 通过综合指数的评价分析，改变由单一指标评价的局限性和片面性，全面综合地反映了各年度医疗工作质量情况。

Using Comprehensive Index In Quality of Medical Work

Objective To evaluate the quality of medical work in our hospital and offer important references for the hospital administration. Methods At the bases of real completion value and standard value which of their ratio were calculated (completion or standard value/standard or completion value) , appraising them each with comprehensive index. Results The development of comprehensive index were rising and falling in a recent decade. It was lower in 2004. Conclusions According to the evaluation on comprehensive index, it can reflect the quality of medical work all - sidely.
