经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗青光眼的并发症及其防治

目的探讨经巩膜睫状体光凝术并发症的防治方法。方法回顾性研究我院1999～2005年以经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗的386例晚期青光眼病人,分析总结并发症的防治经验。结果经巩膜睫状体光凝术有各种各样的并发症,如眼部疼痛、葡萄膜炎、眼内出血、视力下降、眼球萎缩等,经适当的处理各种并发症可明显下降。结论术前充分抗炎降眼压、适当镇静、控制全身情况;术中良好的麻醉、熟练准确的手术操作;术后抗炎处理。以上措施能明显减少并发症。

The Prevention of Complication Which Caused by Transcleral Diode Laser Cyclophotocoagulation for Glaucoma

Objective Some methods were exerted to prevent the complications which caused by transcleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation for glaucoma.Methods 386 glaucoma patients who were treated by transcleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation in 1999-2005 were re- viewed.We concluded the experience to prevent the emplications.Result There are many complications of transcleral diode laser cyclophotocoag- ulation such as ache,uveitis,intraocular hemorrhage,visual deterioration,atrophy of eyeball,etc.Through appropriate treatment,all compli- cations can be decreased obviously.Conclusion By desending the intraocular pressure completely,anti-inflammation and keep up health of the body before operation;good anaesthesia,well-trained and accurate surgical procedure during the operation;postoperation anti-inflamma- tion.These all can decrease the complications.
