国产穿戴式经皮穴位电刺激手环预防航海晕船反应的应用研究

摘    要:目的 探讨国产穿戴式经皮穴位电刺激手环防治航海晕船的效果。方法 将76名出海人员按照MMSQ-R-Adt指数降序按1:1依次分入试验组和对照组。两组人员上船后填写MMSQS-R-Adt易感性问卷,启航前半小时试验组人员戴上经皮穴位电刺激手环手环,对照组不做处理。72小时后,填写晕船症状调查表,进行晕船评分。结果 试验组中晕船反应的比例显著低于对照组(31.6% vs.65.8%, P=0.006);对照组发生晕船反应的相对风险是试验组的2.0倍;女性和高易感性指数是晕船反应的重要影响因素(P<0.0001)。结论 国产穿戴式经皮穴位电刺激手环可有效降低晕船反应的发生率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of domestic wearable transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation bracelet on preventing seasickness. Methods A total of 76 participants were allocated into the experimental group and the control group according to MMSQS-R-Adt susceptibility index in a ratio of 1:1. After completing the MMSQS-R-Adt susceptibility questionnaire, participants in the experimental group wore bracelets 30 minutes before sailing and the bracelets were switched on. After 72 hours, seasickness symptom questionnaires were collected and scores of seasickness were evaluated. Results The proportion of participants without seasickness in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (31.6% vs.65.8%, P=0.006); and the relative risk of seasickness in the control group was 2.0 times the experimental group. Women and high susceptibility index were important influencing factors of seasickness (P <0.0001). Conclusion Domestic wearable transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation bracelet could effectively reduce the incidence of seasickness.
