全自动样品前处理技术在中药禁用农药残留检测中应用

摘    要:目的 将全自动样品前处理平台应用于中药农药残留的检测,探索其替代手动处理完成实验流程的可行性。方法 选择人参、金银花、枸杞3种不同种类药材,通过手动和自动QuEChERS方法对样品进行前处理,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS/MS)对35种禁用农药残留进行检测。结果 35种农药中人参基质的手动与自动回收率显著性差异的成分占88.6%,金银花基质为37.1%,枸杞基质为4.3%,其中超过80%的农药是自动回收率大于手动,其余农药手动和自动的回收率无显著性差异。在3种不同基质下,35种农药在考察的浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r>0.990),除杀虫脒外,其他农药在3种基质中的回收率为70.05%~112.54%,RSD为0.3%~9.8%。结论 全自动QuEChERS方法高效,准确,可应用于中药农药残留的检测。

Application of automatic sample pretreatment technology in the detection of banned pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of automatic sample pretreatment platform for the detection of pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)instead of manual processing. Methods Three different kinds of TCM (Ginseng, Honeysuckle and Wolfberry) were selected and pre-processed by manual and automatic QuEChERS methods, 35 banned pesticide residues were detected by GC-MS/MS. Results Among the 35 pesticides, the significant difference between manual and automatic recovery rate of Ginseng matrix was 88.6%, that of Honeysuckle was 37.1%, and that of Wolfberry was 4.3%. Among the 35 pesticides, automatic recovery rate was higher than manual recovery rate for more than 80%, and manual and automatic recovery rate for other pesticides had no significant difference. The 35 pesticides in the three matrices had good linear relationships in the linear range, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than >0.990. Except chloramidine, the recoveries of other pesticides in three substrates were 70.05%~112.54%, RSD 0.3%~9.8%.Conclusion Automatic QuEChERS method is efficient, accurate and can be used for the detection of pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine.
