硬膜外自控镇痛泵对前列腺术后并发症的影响

摘    要:为了解前列腺摘除术后应用硬膜外自控镇痛泵与传统肌肉注射止痛药物对并发症的影响,将48例病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用硬膜外自控镇痛泵镇痛,对照组采用间断肌肉注射止痛药物镇痛。观察两组病人手术日及术后3d膀胱痉挛次数、术后出血情况、两组拔管时间。结果显示:实验组膀胱痉挛次数、出血量明显少于对照组,拔管时间明显缩短。提示:前列腺摘除术后应用硬膜外自控镇痛泵可以明显减少并发症的发生。

Abstract:To know the affect of using both epidural self-controlled analgesic pump and traditional intramuscular injection of analgesic drugs on postoperative complications of patients underwent prostatectomy, 48 cases were divided into both test and control groups randomly. Patients of test group were adopted epidural self-controlled analgesic pump to relieve pains. Whereas patients in control group were given intermittent intramuscular analgesic drug injection to stop pain. Items including cystospasm times on the day of operation and the third day after operation, postoperative hemorrhage, and urethral catheter extraction time in patients of both groups were observed. Results showed that both the times of cystospasm and the quantity of postoperative hemorrhage in test group patients were remarkably less than that in control group. The urethral catheter extraction time in test group patients was overtly shortened than that in patients of control group. Suggested that by using epidural self-controlled analgesic pump in postoperative patients who underwent prostatectomy may decrease their postoperative complications.
