摘    要:目的研究骨碎补(Drynaria fortunei)大孔吸附树脂柱色谱以体积分数50%乙醇洗脱部分的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱及制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果与结论从骨碎补大孔吸附树脂柱色谱50%乙醇洗脱部分分离鉴定了7个已知化学成分。分别为:山柰酚7-O-α-呋喃阿拉伯糖(1)、紫云英苷(2)、阿福豆苷(3)、北美圣草索(4)、3-乙酰胺基-4-羟基苯甲酸(5)、5-乙氧基-2-羟基苯甲酸乙酯(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)。化合物1~6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Abstract : Aim To further study the chemical constituents from the marcroporous adsorption resin 50% EtOH eluent of Drynaria fortunei. Methods The constituents in the marcroporous adsorption resin 50% EtOH eluent of Drynaria fortunei were isolated by a combination of silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS chromatographies and their structures were identified by spectral methods. Results Seven compounds were isolated. Their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as kaempferol-7-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (1), astragalin (2), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (3), eriotictyol (4), 3-acetamino-4-hydroxy-benzoic acid (5), ethyl-5-ethoxy-2-hydroxy-benzoate (6) and β-sitosterol (7). Conclusion Compounds 1~6 were obtained for the first time from Drynaria fortunei.
