摘    要:目的观察杵针疗法治疗脑动脉的临床疗效.方法选择128例脑动脉硬化症患者,随机分为2组,治疗组84,对照组44例.治疗组接受杵针治疗,对照组接受针刺治疗,分别辨证取穴治疗1周.结果治疗1周后,杵针组在改善头痛、眩晕等症状方面优于针刺组;其改善血液流变学方面与针刺组疗效相似.结论杵针作为一种非侵入性针刺治疗器具,治疗时简便易行,行之有效,值得推广.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effecting on cerebral arteriosclerosis treated by LI Zhong-yu's Pestle Needle and acupuncture.Methods:128 cases of patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis were randomly divided to treatment group (84 cases) and control group (44 cases). The patients in treatment group were treated with LI Zhong-yu's Pestle Needle and the patients in control group were treated with acupuncture for one week. All patients were determined the acupoints bases in pathogenesis obtained though differentiation of symptoms and sign. Result:After the treatment, the symptoms such as headache and vertigo were treated better in the treatment group than that in control group, but the effects on blood rheology are similar for both groups. Conclusion:Pestle Needle as one kind of non-intrude acupuncture apparatus is worth popularizing due to its easy application and good effects.
