| 摘 要： | 目的缓解手术病人的焦虑情绪，消除恐惧，提高心理护理的质量。方法为手术病人设计心理护理卡，在术前访视中，手术室护士携带心理护理卡到病房向病人逐一讲解病人关心的问题。结果病人各项术前准备完善率达100．00％。结论发放心理护理卡能指导病人有针对性地做好术前准备，缓解病人对手术的恐惧和担忧，提高病人对手术室护士工作的满意度，进而提高医院的服务质量。
