品管圈管理在普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的研究

目的观察品管圈管理对普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎（SOM）的效果。方法将2012年1月-2013年6月该院治疗的143例分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组96例（125耳）在常规治疗的基础上加用普米克令舒雾化吸入，进行护理品管圈管理；对照组47例（57耳）给予常规治疗护理。结果观察组96例（125耳）中，92耳治愈，24耳好转，9耳无效，总有效率92．7％。对照组47例（57耳）中，30耳治愈，15耳好转，12耳无效，总有效率78．9％。二组疗效经统计学处理，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎护理全程中给予品管圈管理，效果非常显著。

THE STUDY OF QCC MANAGEMENT IN THE TREATMENT OF CHILDREN WITH SECRETORY OTITIS MEDIA BY AEROSOL INHALATION OF PULMICORT RESPULES

Objective To investigate the effects of QCC management on the treatment of aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules on secretory otitis media （SOM） in ehildren. Methods A sample of 143 children with secretory otitis media who were treated in author＇s hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. A total of 96 cases （125 ears） in the treatment group were treated with conventional therapy plus aerosol inhalation of pulmieort respules and were given QCC management at the same time. All the 47 cases （57 ears） in the control group were given routine treatment and care. Results All of the 96 cases （125 ears） in the treatment group, there were 92 ears cured, 24 ears improved, 9 ears invalid, the total efficiency was 92.7%. All the 47 cases （57 ears） in the control group, there were 30 ears cured, 15 ears improved and 12 ears invalid, the total efficiency was 78. 9 %, and there was statistical significance between the groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the entire QCC care in the process of treating secretory otitis media in children with aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules is significant.
