| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨奥美拉唑、血凝酶、去甲肾上腺素联合治疗新生儿出血症的疗效。方法:对照组应用常规禁食、输血、留置胃管等治疗方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用奥美拉唑、血凝酶和去甲肾上腺素进行联合治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率明显比对照组高,两组有显著性差异(P0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:奥美拉唑、血凝酶、去甲肾上腺素联合治疗新生儿出血症过程中,联合用药具有协同作用,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of therapeutic alliance of omeprazole and hemocoagulase combined with norepinephrine for hemorrhagic disease of newborn（HDN）. Methods The control group was received conventional treatment of regular fasting, blood transfusion, indwelling stomach tube, etc. While the treatment group was treated by therapeutic alliance of omeprazole and hemocoagulase combined with norepinephrine in addition to the routine treatment. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between two groups was significant with statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic alliance of omeprazole and hemocoagulase combined with norepinephrine for HDN is worthy of clinical application with synergistic effect in the treatment process. |
