护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗联合分子靶向药物疗效的价值分析

目的分析护理干预对于鼻咽癌患者治疗的价值。方法观察组采用综合护理干预，对照组采用常规护理方法；比较二组毒副反应发生率、治疗后生活质量评分。结果观察组毒副反应发生率为44．0％，对照组为84．0％，二组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者生活质量5个条目评分均显著高于对照组，P〈0．05。结论综合护理干预可有效减少患者鼻咽癌放疗联合分子靶向药物治疗毒副反应发生率，显著改善患者生活质量，值得临床重视。

THE VALUE OF NURSING INTERVENTION ON RADIOTHERAPY COMBINED WITH TARGETED DRUG THERAPY ON NASOPHARYNGEAL CANCER PATIENTS

Objective To analyze the value of nursing intervention on radiotherapy combined with targeted drug therapy on nasopharyngeal tumer patients. Methods Comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the study group, routine nursing intervention was used in the control group. The incidence of adverse reac- tions and score of the quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of ad- verse reactions in the study group and control group was 44.0% and 84.0% respectively. The difference had statistically significance. （P~0.05）. The score of the five entries on quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively induce the incidence of adverse reactions of radiotherapy combined with targeted drug therapy on nasopha- ryngeal cancer patients and improve the quality of life and is worth of clinical attention.
